We offer 2 copies of Title Deeds. They are exctly the same but the one is certified under Sect 66 of the Deeds Registry Act. Both are for information only and cannot be used to sell a property. It can be used for any other purpose. To sell a property you need to consult a Conveyancing Attorney to get a Vault Copy (Sect 68) which involves several steps.
